SKIL Infrastructure's CoC meeting restarts September 17th to resolve insolvency proceedings As on : 16-Sep-26  13:26

SKIL Infrastructure Limited, under the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) before the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) in Mumbai, announced that the Eleventh Committee of Creditors (CoC) meeting, which began on Wednesday, September 9, 2026, and was previously adjourned, has been rescheduled to Thursday, September 17, 2026, at 2:30 P.M. via video conferencing to continue consideration of agenda items.
